BRIDG’S Committee Mission Statement
BRIDG’S stands for Basic Requirements for International Design and Graphic Solutions. The BRIDG’S Committee is an independent group of volunteers from Graphic Arts buyers, Printers, Manufactures, Educators and Consultants worldwide, who have joined to form a committee to establish and publish guidelines for basic production and manufacturing requirements for the Graphic Arts.What We Do
The BRIDG’S Committee is a educational initiative that publishes the annual Print Charaterization chart along with the popular BRIDG’S Handbooks, now up to 7 volumes and growing. To compliment the poster and handbooks, the Committee has created the BRIDG'S Quality Compliance Program which was developed to focus on the "process" of production and color reproduction through in-plant education. Over three and one half years of development, education and research have gone into the creation of this program. This process-based focus is the key to many of the successful quality management systems (QMS) in use today.
